I had an unpleasant experience with my team a year back. My team members were terribly disorganised due to certain factors like the tam leader is doing nothing but rejecting all our ideas. My friends and I were also unable to fit in to each other's timetables. The only persons who had to complete the jo fully were me and my other member. There were supposed to be four people and we were to complete 2 projects together but at the end of the day only two people were responsible for he whole job of creating a blog and a really long powerpoint and loads of researching. My friend and I were extremely worn out andwere unable to enjoy our March Holidays. We returned to school sleepy-eyed and were unable to concentrate on lessons. Adding on, we were the only ones who did the presentation and yet they were still complaining that we did a really bad job! My friend and I were very pissed. Having such an unpleasant encounter, I suggest that a team really needs to be responsible in our jobs and do every bit to help their team and not for their own benefit. It's all for one and one for all. If there is no pain, then there is no gain.
